Singapore
Free shipping for all orders.
Delivery: 2–3 business days.
**We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Camps, Hotels, or offshore islands.
Malaysia
West Malaysia: Free shipping.
Delivery: 3–5 business days.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Additional courier fees apply.
Vietnam
Free shipping.
Delivery: 2–7 business days depending on province.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Every country has different courier options and rates — so we tailor shipping based on what works best for you.

Delivery windows typically range from 3–15 business days, depending on your chosen courier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Taxes and import duties vary by country.
If your parcel is charged, your local customs office may require fees before delivery.
**Shipping fees at checkout do not include duties (DDU).
Custom-Fit Orders
Every Custom-Fit piece is sewn just for you in our atelier — one garment, one tailor, one perfect fit.
Production time: 5–7 business days.
Shipping:
• If your order has only Custom-Fit items → shipping is free.
• If you mix Custom-Fit + Ready-to-Wear → we’ll send them in two parcels, and we’ll cover the extra shipping cost.
Alterations
Your first alteration is complimentary — because your perfect fit matters to us.
If your piece needs to be sent back to our atelier, we simply ask that you cover the shipping to Vietnam.
We’ll ship it back to Singapore for a flat SGD 15.
Once we receive your garment, our tailor will handle the adjustment with care and update you every step of the way.
Order Tracking
We’ll email you when your parcel ships.
We don’t provide an online tracking link, but our team can check your parcel’s status instantly on our system.

Changing Delivery Address
Need to update your address?
DM us or contact us within 12 hours of your purchase.
After your parcel ships, address changes are not guaranteed.
