We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is designed to be quick, clear, and kind — while ensuring our handcrafted, small-batch system stays sustainable for everyone.

What You Can Return

We accept returns on most Ready-to-Wear pieces as long as:


  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging are included

  • The return request is made within:
  • 10 working days (SG, MY, VN)
  • 20 working days (International)

  • The item was purchased directly from ediths.moda or our official Instagram and Facebook Shop


Approved returns are issued as store credit (valid 12 months, extendable upon request).

What’s Not Returnable

To protect the craftsmanship of our small-batch and made-to-order system, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Items bought from pop-ups
  • Personalized, custom-fit, or custom-size pieces
  • Made-to-Order pieces (unless eligible—see Section 5)
  • Items purchased with store credits (excluding gift cards)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Beginning a return or exchange is now even simpler — no forms, no portals.


1. Contact Us


Message us via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp (if enabled), or email us at [your email].

Just let us know:

• your order number

• which item you want to return or exchange

• the reason (short and simple is fine)


2. Approval


If the item meets our policy, we’ll send you:

• the return address

• packing instructions

• any applicable fees (if any)


Approval usually takes 1–2 working days.


3. Pack the Item


Ensure the piece is:

• unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• with all original tags

• packed securely in the original packaging (if possible)


4. Ship It Back


Send the parcel using any courier of your choice.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.


5. Processing


Once your item reaches our studio:

• we inspect it

• we notify you by message or email


Then:

  • Returns → store credit issued
  • Exchanges → new item sent out after inspection (or use the Faster Re-Purchase Option if applicable)

Exchanges (Simple & Flexible)

You may exchange a Ready-to-Wear item for a different size or colour.


Two exchange pathways:


Option A — Standard Route

We receive & inspect your returned item → then ship your new piece.


Option B — Faster Route

Re-purchase your intended item first → return your previous one → refund via PayNow once inspected.


Note: Exchange shipping fees apply for all regions.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Fit Items

These pieces are handcrafted individually, one at a time, just for you — not pre-made, not mass-produced.


For this reason, they follow a separate policy:


Made-to-Order

  • Not eligible for exchanges
  • Returns are accepted with a flat tailoring fee (SGD 50 per item)
  • Fee covers real labour, time, and materials used to create your one-off piece
  • Refunds are issued as store credit after inspection


Custom-Fit

Custom-Fit garments follow their own dedicated policy.
