How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after checkout.

If nothing arrives, check your junk folder — or message us and we’ll confirm it for you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production or packing queue, so it can’t be changed or cancelled.


But if something went wrong or you urgently need help, chat with us — we’ll see what can be saved.

I entered the wrong delivery details. What should I do?

Contact us immediately.

If your parcel hasn’t left the atelier yet, we can update it for you.

Once it’s shipped, changes are no longer possible.

I have an issue with my order. Who do I reach out to?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Local Singapore orders: 2–3 business days.

International: 3–15 business days, depending on location.


Most parcels arrive earlier than the estimated window.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide using trusted couriers.

For the most accurate and cost-efficient rate, just tell us your delivery country and we’ll recommend the best courier.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Some countries charge duties on imported goods.

These charges (if any) are paid by the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Can I track my parcel?

We’ll email you when your parcel ships.

We don’t provide an online tracking link, but our team can check your parcel’s status instantly — just message us anytime.

Returns & Alterations

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns for Ready-to-Wear items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom-Fit and Made-to-Order items are final-sale as they are made specially for you.

How do alterations work?

Your first alteration (for Custom Fit orders only) is complimentary — because your perfect fit matters to us.

Shipping fees are not included; return shipping from Vietnam to Singapore is $15.

How long do alterations take?

Typically 3–5 business days, depending on our tailor’s schedule.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a size guide with measurements in cm, inches, and international sizing.

What if I’m in between sizes?

Choose the size that best matches your bust/waist/hip priority — or choose Custom-Fit for a made-for-you fit.

If needed, we can fine-tune it with a complimentary alteration.

Do you restock items?

Some Ready-to-Wear pieces may restock, but our small-batch approach means availability is never guaranteed.

Custom-Fit items are always available, depending on fabric supply.

How do I care for my clothes?

All our pieces are designed for easy, everyday care:

  • Machine wash on gentle
  • Avoid high heat
  • Steam or iron on low
  • For structured pieces (tweed, silk, satin, blazers & jacket), we recommend steaming instead of ironing

We accept:

How long does Custom-Fit take?

Every Custom-Fit piece is handmade in our atelier.

Production usually takes 5–7 business days before shipping.

Can Custom-Fit orders be returned?

Custom-Fit garments are made specially to your measurements, so they are final-sale.

But your first alteration is complimentary.
