Custom Fit — Tailored for You

Our Custom Fit option creates a piece made just for you — crafted from scratch using your personal measurements, guided by a 1:1 consultation with our tailor.

Every garment is individually handcrafted at Edith’s Tactile House, never altered from existing stock.

This page explains how Custom Fit works, our cancellation timelines, alteration support, and important notes before you order.

Final Sale

All Custom Fit garments are final sale, as they are made to your unique measurements and cannot be resold.


If anything feels slightly off, don’t worry — you’re covered under our complimentary alteration service (details below).

Complimentary Alteration

Every Custom Fit order includes one complimentary alteration to help perfect your fit.


Here’s how it works:


1. You Ship the Item Back (Customer’s Cost)

  • Return the garment to our atelier using any courier of your choice. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer.

2. We Alter Your Piece (No Cost)

  • Our tailor will refine the fit based on your request — free of charge.

3. We Ship It Back to You (SGD 15 Flat Fee)

  • Once the alteration is complete, we return the updated garment to you via our preferred door-to-door courier for a flat rate of SGD 15.

This ensures your Custom Fit piece gets the attention it deserves, without any extra tailoring fees — only the essential logistics costs.

What Alterations Cover

Your free alteration includes adjustments such as:

  • Loosening or tightening
  • Shortening or lengthening
  • Waist/hip refinement
  • Adjusting strap or sleeve fit

It does not include design changes, fabric changes, or full remakes.

If you’re unsure about size, measurements, silhouette or length:


Just message us before purchasing.

We can review your measurements, advise fit preference, and help prevent sizing mistakes.


This step alone dramatically improves satisfaction and reduces returns.

After You Order

You’ll receive:

  • A message from your assigned tailor (within 24 hours)
  • A guided online measurement process
  • Updates throughout production
  • A dispatch email when your item ships
